CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

Once you have placed your order, you have up to 1 hour to cancel it. Please go through the following steps in order to do so:
  1. Go to the order confirmation email that we sent you when you placed your order
  2. Click on View Order Status.
  3. Click on Cancel Order

Please note that if you cancel your order, your selected LSD items will be back in our inventory for purchase. If you cancel an order and wish to reorder the same product, there might be a possibility that the product will already be out of stock. In that case, the product won’t be available for purchase until our next restock.

If it has been more than 1 hour, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. However, once you have received the item you can return it for a refund by following our return guidelines.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR LSD TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We try our best to ship all orders on the day of purchase but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days before your order gets picked up by the shipping courier at our French warehouse.

If you have made a mistake while placing your order, it is sadly not possible to make any changes to the current order. In a case such as this the only way to modify it would be to cancel your order (you have up to 1 hour to cancel it). Please note that if you cancel your order, your LSD swimwear will be back in our inventory for purchase. If you cancel an order and wish to reorder the same product, there might be a possibility that the product will already be out of stock. In that case the product won’t be available for purchase until our next restock.

I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMO CODE

Unfortunately, our system does not let us apply a promo code after an order has been placed.

 

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY LSD?

You should never use a washing machine to clean your LSD Swimwear nor should you tumble dry it. We recommend that you hand wash your garment after every swim session. Try to make sure that your swimwear is laid out flat to dry to prevent folds and wrinkles. In case folds or wrinkles do appear, you can iron your LSD, however just make sure to do so with a towel or another fabric on top of the swimwear as it is sensitive to heat.

We also do not recommend wearing your LSD in a spa or sauna since a temperature higher than normal could damage your swimwear. Please do not use sunscreen with alcohol as the alcohol can cause damage as well. We do not provide refunds for garments that were damaged due to not following the recommended instructions.

The base currency used on our website is the Euros.

 

HOW DO I APPLY A PROMO CODE?

To apply a discount or promo code to your order:

  1. Place your order by adding the item(s) you want to Add to cart.
  2. When you reach the Payment Method page, enter your promo code in the “Discount” field and click Apply.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we deliver all around the world.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery varies depending where you are from. While checking out, we will ask you whether you want the Standard Shipping or the Express Shipping and you will be notified at that moment about how long both types of shipping take.

 

ARE THE CUSTOM DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING PRICE?

United Kingdom : Our orders are shipped from United Kingdom so you will not have to pay any custom duties or taxes.

Europe : There will be no custom duties and taxes if your order is below 800 EUROS.

United States : You may be liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from custom. Sadly we do not have any control over these fees, so we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information regarding the fees. The shipping carrier may also notify you in case your item is being held for duties and taxes.

If you decide to refuse the customs fee, the package will be returned to us, and the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SWIMSUIT IF IT DOES NOT FIT?

Yes, items must be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt. However, please note that a swimsuit that has been worn, used or washed will not be accepted as it should be returned in its original condition. It is possible to change both the size and the model if you wish. To begin the exchange process, please follow the instructions on our website.

DO I NEED TO PAY THE POSTAGE FEES TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SWIMSUIT OR WILL IT BE COVERED BY LSD?

The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense since we do not cover any return postage costs to our warehouse in France. Please follow the how to exchange guidelines in the menu bar.

 

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

To ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you, all items are individually inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely instance that your swimwear is defective, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us.

Please contact us using our contact us form online. You need to let us know the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damaged item
  • A photo of the damage to your swimsuit

Once we receive your email, we will assess the fault and solve the issue as quickly as possible. *You do not need to send us back a defective piece

 

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT.

We are sorry there was an error in your order! We will make sure to get you the right swimsuit as quickly as possible. Please contact us using our contact form and provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of the swimsuit you have received

We will review your case and correct our error as quickly as possible.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND?

Yes, it is possible to get a refund. There are a few conditions that need to be met in order to be eligible for a refund:

  • Your swimwear should not have been worn or washed
  • Your swimwear should be in its original condition
  • All returns must be sent back within 30 days of reception

 

It is important to note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount we refund. E.g., if you paid 60 euros for your swimsuit and 14 euros for shipping, then we will refund 60 euros.

To get a refund, you need to return the swimsuit to our warehouse in France. The cost incurred to return the swimsuit is not covered nor refunded by us. We advise that you send your swimsuit back to us with a tracking number since LSD does not assume responsibility for compensation in the event that a return package is lost.

Please include a paper with your name, phone number and order number in the package as well as a written statement that you want to have a refund.

 

HOW CAN I KNOW IF YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER AND PROCESSED THE REFUND?

We highly suggest that you send the return package with a tracking number in order to keep up to date with the refund process. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days after reception for us to process your refund in our system, and between 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. You will also receive a receipt by email once the refund process has begun.

 

WILL YOU REFUND THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

The shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. E.g., if you paid 60 euros for your swimsuit and 14 euros for shipping, then we will refund 60 euros. The refund will be sent to the same credit card or PayPal account which you used at initial purchase.

 

CAN YOU SEND THE REFUND TO A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

No, unfortunately we can only send you the refund to same the credit card or PayPal account used at initial purchase. If, however, it is not available for any reason, we can send you store credit which can be used for purchasing another swimsuit.

 

HOW CAN I BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?

To become an ambassador, you need one of the following criteria:

  • Take beautiful photos OR
  • Have at least 10K followers

If you meet one of the above criteria, please send us a DM to our Instagram Page hoaka_ambassadors If you send an inquiry concerning our ambassador program using our contact form, you will simply be redirected to our ambassador instagram account.

 

IS THERE ANY AGE REQUIREMENT TO BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?

No, there is no age requirement to become an ambassador.

 

WHAT DOES BEING AN AMBASSADOR INVOLVE?

An ambassador is someone who loves LSD Swimwear and who believes, like us, that all body types are perfect. Being an ambassador involves helping us promote LSD Swimwear on social media and is given a code for special discounts.

HOW DO I KEEP UP TO DATE WITH MY EXCHANGE?

Once we receive your exchange at our French warehouse, you will receive an email with a promo code that you can use to reorder the swimsuit that you would like to have in exchange. However, we highly suggest that you keep a tracking number of your returned item in order to keep up to date with the exchange process since we are not responsible if a package gets lost on the way to us. Once we received your new exchange order you will receive a confirmation email when your order will be shipped.
